How to Look 10 years younger!

1. Fillers & Botox.
First book an appointment with a good doctor & go fix your face! You owe it to your self! It's best to start correcting abit at a time all along rather than waiting for substantial changes that make correction more extensively & costly. Nothing ages a person more than lines & wrinkles on the face- a dead give away!
2. Make-up!
I feel that the older I get, I look better with less make-up. However no matter how beautiful you are, you always need some make-up. It makes me feel beautiful, confident & put together. And when done right it can literally take years off!! It's all about choosing the right colors & always wear a classic look! Dont go for what's the HOT color of the season.

3. Age Spots.
Tell- tale signs of aging, & they cant be covered even by the best foundations, so get rid of them!!! For mild cases can try microdermabasion or mild chemical peels.
For more serious cases will require Whitening injection & spot corrector. I dont suggest laser as when a person ages, the skin becomes dry. And dry skin & laser treatments just dont mix very well. Creams & whitening jabs are the better choice.

4. Exfoliate Regularly
As we age, our skin cells slows down as well. THis results in rough uneven blotchy texture. Exfoliating regularly helps speed up cell turn over thus revealing a fresher looking skin.

5. Healthy Lifestyle
Dont smoke, maintain healthy weight, dont starve your body with those yo-yo diets & most of all wear sun block to protect the skin.

I've been having small touch ups for a long time mostly done in the States or Hong KOng because my husband was station in these 2 places. Since I got back- 5 months- ago, I've not dont much. Settling in takes time. Now I'm in need of a major overhaul!!!lol...

A famous blogger Rose recommended me to her doctor who's known for the whitening injection. She's a flight attendant so these girls knows stuff...lol... anyway I've made appointment with him. Will do my touch ups there, as well the whitening injection ( a must I'm telling you). Maybe it's best you wait for my review ? I've heard of him in certain circles too, but still need to experience for myself before recommending.

  4. ohh... was just doing my morning yoga & googling...lol... Since I got the IPad, I'm addicted... always connected these days...lol..! Right.... must really update the look, revamp every once in a while!

Ok the dr is Dr Keith Ong. As for the whitening injection.... maybe I should write something about it too. Anyway it's concentrated Vit C & a whitening agent glutathione in a jab. Very effective for brightening up the skin & whitening it.

  5. Thanks... sorry but really need to ask this, is Botox & this filler thing really safe?

  6. When I started doing it years back, I ask the same thing. Now when people ask me, I'll say it's as safe as it can get. The people doing it & looking fabulous & years younger because of it will swear by it. There'll always be critics in everything. Especially in this issue because it makes some people rich & others better & younger looking- so this creates lots of jealousy! I have the last laugh as I look years younger than my peers....lol....

    1. Hey...hi.... that's right. What natural beauty? When your wrinkles starts cropping out like there's no tomorrow & people mistake your peers (who have something done) as your daughter...lol.... that'll be enough to send any critic into a deep depression!!! lol....

    4. Hmmm.... that's the problem, the society expects too much from women. It's like child giving is not enough, one cant even grow old in peace. You have to fix the face or else ..... sigh....

  9. Come on Britta.... it's not all bad. Take it like a 2nd spring, enjoy it. It's FUN to doll up again. Yes this time it takes more effect but it's worth it. Especially when you look better than you peers after a while.
